Laura WAHM to three sweet boys from California makes the cutest diapers and covers around. She loves animals (and amphibians and reptiles) and was inspired to make her cute creations.

Not only are these the cutest diapers around, they are incredibly durable. There is no fear of the appliqué coming off in the wash. The outer is an anti-pill fleece or specialty fur fabric and a microfleece inner. The edges are surged then bound with soft anti-pill fleece. No wicking occurs EVER. Starbunz products are made from the best quality materials available, period.

*It is possible there may be markings left on diapers from applying appliqués. Rest assured these marks will wash off in your first laundering. Please note, these seem to run a little small. If you have a chubby sweetie you may want to go up a size!

Please note: these diapers are no longer home sewn. Older patterns (like The Garden series, Ladybugs, Chameleons, etc) that were home sewn are no longer available, get yours before they are all gone!

 

Breathable Quick Dry Design AIO

Starbunz AIOs are now available in a great new design. The absorbent soaker part of the diaper is now entirely in the two quick dry attached doublers. This design makes for more thorough cleaning and no need to match doublers to diapers in the wash! They still have all the great features we love about Starbunz. As with all our Starbunz (except the Wild and Waterproof Covers) there is no PUL layer so this breathable diaper will stay cool and comfortable. It is a one piece complete All-In-One sewn in a quick drying, easy to clean style. The two hemp soaker pads are coupled together into the binding and topped with microfleece topped for a stay-dry feel. The hidden 3 size adjustable snap setting and elastic legs and waist made for a great fit. The Starbunz signature comfort binding around the entire diaper is like wrapping your baby in a cloud and gives added insurance against leaks! The unique contoured design fits beautifully. This diaper is Night time rated to 8 hours and Daytime Rated to 5 hours (although we recommend changing your baby as needed.)

Pockets

Breathable WindPro Pockets

These are soft breathable windpro fleece pockets. In order to not infringe on the patent of the pocket diaper, these pocket diapers are designed a different way. They have a slit cut in the upper inner part of the diapers micro fleece, which allows you to slip the insert into the envelope-like pocket. Please don't worry. The micro fleece will not fray in any way!

This chart is an estimation of weight ranges for each size, but please keep in mind that different body types may fit differently. For this reason, we have included a chart to compare body characteristics with notations we have made in regards to sizes from previous customer experience.

Slim The above chart is very suitable for average to slim children
Chunky thighs If your child is in the upper half of the weight ranges (like he is 17or more lbs when considering a medium) than consider stepping up one size larger.
Large belly No adjustment should be made for a larger tummy area. Starbunz are designed to go under the tummy, not around it. You may find your Starbunz will sit perfectly under a big tummy, but if your baby has more than just a big tummy consider up-ing the diaper a size.
Heavy/Large prewalkers Resist the urge to move your pre-walker up a size because he/she is heavy for their age. Typically, a child will slim out and grow upward once walking sets in. If you buy XLs now, then you may find them sagging when your child walks and wish you had larges for a better fit.
Tall The above weight chart accommodates tall children wonderfully.

Breathable diapers are stretcher and will fit around the waist longer.
