This great style started the cloth pad revolution and is still a great system. Easy to customize absorbency and they come apart for thorough cleaning. Each pad comes with a holder that snaps around your underwear and a insert for added absorbency. You choose pure and soft organic cotton or thirsty and microbial resistant hemp cotton blend complete with light flow insert or heavy flow insert. Also available with a stay-dry layer of microfleece next to you to keep you feeling dry and comfortable. They are 13" in length.
